I think you will like this basic design for a house. The bathrooms are together along with the lawndry room. The kitchen and dining rooms are together away from the bathrooms.

This is the answer to a dream!
I can see what I want in my head, but I can’t draw it out for anything. This will allow me to get my ideas out so that others (builders) can understand what I’m trying to say.
